This is a blog mainly in Danish about Ancient Egypt with news from Egypt and the Egyptological world. It started in August 2007 when I was arranging a trip to London and the Tutankhamun exhibition for members of the Danish Egyptological Society. From there it developed and among other things I wrote about the trips I arranged and what happened in the Danish museums with Egyptological departments (the National Museum and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek). I wrote about everything I found interesting or I thought would interest others, who wanted to stay up-to-date with what was happening within the study of Ancient Egypt. For non-Danish speakers the blog may still be useful with the links in the left column and a general idea can also be gained from the pictures and many of the links in the posts will lead to English articles. Some links etc. do unfortunately not work any longer as the blog has not been updated since 2011. I hope, however, it can still be useful in some ways.
